WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
When purchasing artwork at kmglaess.com, our checkout system allows you to pay through PayPal with either credit, debit, or a PayPal account. You will need to provide a valid email in order to use PayPal and to receive a receipt.
Entire amount is due prior to shipment/delivery. Prices listed do not include shipping for medium and large pieces, or Massachusetts Sales Tax.
HOW ARE WORKS SHIPPED?
Works are shipped via UPS Ground, and are insured. Direct Delivery Only and Signature Needed Services can be added to your shipping for an additional fee.
All mini and petite works ship for free in the Continental United States. Please contact me for a shipping quote for medium or large pieces, and/or for international shipping.
HOW LONG BEFORE A PURCHASED WORK SHIPS?
Works ship out on Fridays. It take 5-10 business days for a work to travel to your home or business via UPS. Once shipped, you will be supplied with tracking information so you can monitor the shipping process.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?
I offer delivery to collectors IN New England within a certain radius of my studio (MA, Northern CT, Southern NH, RI). Please contact me to see if you qualify for free weekday delivery; I will hand deliver the work to your home or business!
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES?
I currently do not offer installation services.
CAN I CHANGE THE FRAME BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?
Frames can be changed prior to shipment/delivery for an additional fee. I can work with you to select the frame that best works for your intended space. Please note - this will cause a delay in shipment of up to four weeks as each frame is custom made and must then be attached to the artwork, prior to shipping and handling.
DO WORKS COME WITH CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY?
All works come with a custom certificate of authenticity.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All artworks are final sale once delivered.
